Leaving Sept. 4th

Hey Guys,

For the past few weeks I have been looking for a job but not being able to land one. However, Tuesday I finally found one and I might also be doing some farm work for family that lives close by. Since I found work, I will not be leaving early. My boot camp ship date is set for September 4th. I will be sent to California to the United States Marine Corps Recruit Depot in San Diego...it touches the Hollywood airport. I wont know my address until I get there, but again, I will post it on here so you can write me letters of encouragement while I am at boot camp. If you are ever in the Windom area, give me shout. Thanks for all your prayers and support.

This Is Where It's At

Hey everyone,

This is where it's at. I will keep this blog going to keep you updated on how my life is going as I take a new path into the Marines. I will do my best to keep you posted on dates, times, events, etc. as I am away at boot camp and serving elsewhere in the world.

I have had so many people ask me to write them letters while I am away I don't think I could write to everyone and I do not want to leave anyone out. Therefore, I will try to convince my mother to keep this going while I am at boot camp. I will write a letter to her and try to get her to put it up here. I don't know how often this will happen, but I will do my best to get something once a week. I will also have my address posted on here so you can write me letters of encouragement while I am at boot camp if you feel up to it. Thanks for your support.
